Another great 3.5 hours gridding although I wasn't so keen on the sun/warmer day!
All 3 silver fell to me but Dad started the day with a very good button.
Pre WWI Prussian Button
Livery Button
14th C Buckle
WWI Cap & Shoulder/Lapel Badges
1916 Florin (these .925 examples don't pop up that often)
Poor Hammered
Snake Buckle
Spoon handle with Service No. & Initials - 29946 G C (can't find a match online)
Guilt Button with Cutty Sark image - 'Lloyds Register of Shipping' - 'S.W.Silver & Co. Clothiers' dates it to 1865-75. Cutty Sark built in 1869, could this really be off this famous clipper?
My wish List No.5 - Penny of Richard 'the Lionheart' 1189-99 - EVERARD of York. A scarce coin, not ultra rare just one I always wanted to fill the gap & now I have.
