Keep up the good work guys. Ive been following along since the beginning and just wanted to say congrats to all that have put in the hard work to get where they are today.
Good post. I think it helps for us to cheer these guys on.
 
I'm doing the KETO Lifestyle and I have lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks, I eat one meal a day, 5% carbs, 20 % protein, and 75% fat. I eat for 1 hour, and fast for 23 hours. The fat is peeling off me. KETO WORKS!

Looking good!!. I completely bombed out Super hard last week. I jumped 5lbs :(

I did not exercise, I ate like there was no tomorrow the night before the weigh in(Fathers Day)

EDIT:::::::Just realized that 26th weigh in is one half of a year. Big milestone for me since I am down 82.9 pounds since January 1st.

Down from 239 to 221; 18 pounds down since start, 21 more to lose by the EOY.
Need to drop 1.5 pounds this week to stay 'on schedule'.
