15th 286.7 Going good, Had a great week even with all the rain we had. Ate a ton too but never out side my 18/6 window :) almost daily High intensity interval trained.
Since the first of the year I have knocked out 90% of all sugar and extra carbs. I am not doing a adkins or Keto style but just being very aware of what I am putting into myself. Last week was tougher for cravings though after one little piece of Easter cake. It made me have cravings that took till about midway through last week to overcome. Sugar is the devil!!

At work they from time to time put on little cookouts, pizza parties, etc., as 'Employee Appreciation'. I don't have time for them and don't care for them. I do like it when they tell me sincerely 'Good job'. That really does motivate me and I feel appreciated. So 'Good Job, y'all'.

Too late for me. Already lost 40 lbs. Only partly from illness.
Only have 25 left to get back to my high school wrestling weight.

Is it too late to join in? I started December 11th dropping weight. I messed up and gained some back over Easter but I’m getting back on it now. I started at 236 and dropped to 190. Currently at 202.7. Some of that I think is due to salt though...

Off course, You have done great already, Weigh in every Monday morning!! Welcome :)

16th 285.3 Down another 1.4 which is great. I was hoping for 285.0 though to officially have that 50lb mark broken :) Oh well. I did over eat big time 4 of the 7 days so I knew I wouldn't..

Hey guys, Well I weighed in early(not the official Monday weigh in) and had my wife snap another pic in the same spot I posted in the beginning. Just a hair over 50lbs lost so far. Long way to go but after having knee surgery Tuesday 4/17/18 I have a feeling I can take up the exercise a bit now too :) Good luck to you all.

Thanks!! And the same back at you..

This week has been a tough one so far, wife's birthday, sons birthday and mine is next week. Hope I don't gain :)

You won’t if you count those daily calories and make good choices. Best of luck and thanks for all the inspiration!
Happy Birthday to you and yours.

Great thread and great job guys! Im a certified personnel trainer and nutritionist, my main job. I lost 75 lbs 5 years ago and
have kept it off ever since. If I can do it anyone can. Im 51 and age doesn't matter, i feel like im 18 again. It is your nutrition first
then get out there and get some activity in your life. Any questions just ask.
