Very cool. That axe head is neat, I think I'd tie it to a stick just to get the feel of how it must have been.

Good idea, I might just try that. As you can see there is a chunk taken out of the front edge, can't help but think that some unlucky dude was on the business end of it and a substantial amount was relocated into his skull[emoji43]

Most likely a Rim Decoration on a Pot. Very cool piece.

Can you show better pictures of what you say is an Axe? Does it have a Blade edge?
