Finally did some major digging

I was able to spend the whole day digging yesterday and moved a lot of dirt. Unfortunately, I don't have much to show for it. The only reason I continue with this dump is the age of the shards I occasionally come across. I gotta think there are some whole old bots down there, but even when I went 5 ft down I was still getting 1920s ketchup. Thing is, then there are some blown and pontiled shards mixed in. I'm confused, but not giving up. I managed to get a nice insulator, some sample size BIM HERBA medicines, and a stoneware crock, plus some other goodies. Thanks for looking.

Nice finds ! Your doing much better then I have lately. That is odd that you have a mix of eras there do you think it could of been dug out years ago and then filled back in?

I guess that could be, but the way things are layered and piled up looks like it's been that way for a while. Could be possible though. Either way I'm gonna keep going.

I agree, and at the moment I don't have another spot where I have so much freedom. I'll be making more trips soon.

Great stuff! I love that old little crock, I cant believe its not broken, About half the ones I find are cracked badly, and they are all surface finds
