around old church permission- they were my dream finds - at first dug up 1940 penny after 4 hours of the hunt (with a large share of false hope box nail targets I'm sure are very old too) but not more than 10 minutes after that I dug up the 1910 silver dime which was the cream on the cake

I found this 19th century choir clothes hanger too, will post later

both @ 6" deep soil was very dry

hope anyone sheds some light on the value of the coins

on the Manticore, I don't know ..... the machine lets one down with the rusted nails.....but then rewards patience

for the record & for the first time I found pre 1950 coins, there's a time for everything
