First 2 boxes of dimes ever and a question about what I found..

I finally decided to try my hand at coin roll hunting! I bought 2 $250 boxes from my bank and here are my results:

Box 1: 3 Roosies!

Box 2: 1 Roosie and a 1970 D dime with no clad copper color.

The 1970 D dime is completely silver in color and it shines more vibrant than all the other dimes in the pile. Do I have a proof? Is it silver? What's the value?

The edging has zero copper color. Only a very vibrant silver color.

it was dipped in silver colored paint and basically ruined a coin.

Someone maybe chrome plated it, it's not worth anything. I can guarantee you if you run some sandpaper along the edge you'll see copper in a few swipes.
