First and only coin from new field and its a Cob

Still working the same general area were Ive found buttons, a 1794 Bale Seal and early religious medallion. Not a site that had much activity as I have found zero coppers but someone did drop this sweet little half real cob. Its my first half real cob not from Mexico City and cob #7 fty

Thanks. Hard to believe but I have better luck finding cobs vs Pistareens and other milled Spanish silver. Maybe one day I can get my coil over something bigger than a half or one real though

oh ya !!! I love that shot. Beautiful !! I've got a treasure galleon my backyard and I can't find that many cobbs !! I'm starting to think there's a Spanish galleon in your corn field !!

Short of a gold coin or draped bust silver, I would not want any other coin more. Even better when you find it in an area that has not even given up a single copper
