First bag of Pennies!

Went through my first bag of pennies and found 48 wheaties oldest is a 1910 - 22 old canadian pennies oldest is 1934
and a weird keepsake coin... (penny into a crusher ma bob) its labeled the Mississippi River Mueseum

I have a question?Im collecting old canadian copper.YES COPPER I KNOW!Anyways I believe i can sell these at recycle centers am i picking the right dates?Im putting my canadian pennies later than 1979 in the bucket.1980 and later sounds cheap and later than 1979 sounds good.Try this and you will notice.I will not save 1979 and newer.Ive seen coinflation the website i think thats what its called anyways according to this website im wrong about 1980 and older but when i drop these canadians they sound different.if anybody has found a recycle center that pays people let me know please thank you.

Penny sorting on that large of a scale sounds so fun. Just curious, did you sort out the coppers? If so, what percentage did you get (% pre-82s of the total bag)?
