First gold ring!

I bought my detector in Feb. 2008. As I went along, I hit little "goals" of items I wanted to find, but the gold had slipped past me each time...until this past weekend! I hope this means 2009 will be very successful!

I also found my first half dollar and first pocket knife this past week!

Thanks all!!! Knowing that thing was sitting at home made the $.54 in clad and all the pop tops I found during my hour hunt at a local grade school this evening just fine and dandy!
