First sidewalk tear-out was a home-run!

Yesterday I spotted the first sidewalk tear-out of the year. It was a small section about half a block long. Found a Babe Ruth badge from 1935. It was a Quaker Oats premium. Pin on the back is long gone. Also found a mystery nickel, probably a V.

Also a few other digs from other sites dug the past day or two. Small ornate handle is silver.

Maybe if it were a baseball card
With it missing the pin and having been in the dirt for 85 years its lost what little money it would have been worth. Its a treasure to me though
