First silver in Oct, plus cool wrapper pic

Picked up one box of halves for one 1968D plus 500 in CWR that were dumps for sure. Also got 13 in halves from a teller for another 40% (1967).

But.... Check out the pic of one of the wrappers from the dumps. Anyone want to claim it?
