Fisher F-Pulse issues.

I'm wondering if anyone else is having issues with the F-Pulse? It was working flawlessly for the first few months, now, it'll work fine, then the next time I turn it on, nothing! At first I thought it was a battery problem, like a batch of bad batteries or something. It'll come on and work as it should, 10 minutes later, notta. I'm thinking maybe I have a bad switch, what do you guys think?

BTW...I have not contacted First Texas yet, it's gotten worse the last 3-4 times out.
