Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
I bought my first metal detector in 1985 and I have been focusing on relics and early coins since 1989. I prefer to dig colonial relics and coins, but I will dig anything Civil War and earlier. Here are a few of my favorite items and some group shots.

The G. Washington cufflink is my favorite and most valuable find. I dreamed of finding one of the Rattlesnake and Stars buttons for years before I found my first one. After I found my second one two years ago, I got the button tattooed on my arm :laughing7: The two coin piles as well as the two group shots of coppers are from my two best colonial sites.

I would love any one of those Spanish Silvers but especially the Cob. Still looking for my first after 20+ years, maybe one day :-\

Those Colonial coins make me breathless. :laughing9: Steve, show us your shoe buckle frames, knee buckles, chapes, etc. :icon_thumleft:

Kirk

Maybe another time Kyle.....

Think I've posted enough for one day, the couch is calling me.....

I also have the latest issues of American Digger and W & E T that I haven't even picked up yet :read2:

Steve,

Those are some impressive piles.
The silver and coppers are amazing!
Thank you for posting your loot,
and look forward to seeing some future finds.

Dwayne

Wow! :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy: I'm speechless.

You have the same surname as Kirk and I, so you are always going to be considered the best of the best in my eyes! :headbang: :notworthy: You can tell Colonial runs deep in our blood!

The GW cufflink is my favorite find! Killer, I tell ya!!!

Steve,

I mean this in the nicest way but you are a 2 bit sob! :laughing9:

Thanks, I believe I have found enough "bits" to qualify as a 2 bit SOB!

Well there's a stranger.... can I see your green card to continue to post here. (Or maybe it's a silver card in your case) ;D

Hi Chris,

They finally convinced me to come over here. The sheer volume on TNet is a little hard to keep up with!

Re: For GWDigger, Dwayne Sueno, and others who asked to see some of my other fin

What you do when you have 20 minutes to kill, is you use the option to ignore all the boards you don't use. It really scales things down making it much easier to navigate. The format here is the best among detecting forums and once you get used to it you'll see that.
