Foreign Note purchase

I got these 2 East German notes with 25,000 Lira in various notes. What are the East German notes worth? Are Lira notes worth anything? I paid $10 for all the notes. Thanks again. HH

Don't know about those particular bills but foreign bills on a whole are a big time hit or a lot of miss type thing as some are or can be quite valuable & lots & lots & lots & lots are basically worthless. Tho the worthless ones can make some of the finest out house wall paper you'll ever see.

Thank you. I agree. The Lira might just be wallpaper. I have seen the East German notes go for $10 a piece on the bay, but wanted to see what the pros here think. HH

These notes dont hold up well in the market. They range from 5-50 dollars at some points. I really dont understand why the prices are so sporadic, but I would say the top one is a low end, low value. The bottom one doesnt look in too bad of shape. Here is some info on pricing if you have time to browse.
