This morning I decided to hit the tot lot and grassy areas around the elementary school that I attended over 40 years ago.....oh my The tot lot was practically devoid of signals other than the foil that was everywhere. It was very trashy. I was getting discouraged so I started working the grassy area when I spotted...ANOTHER DETECTORIST!!! I was so surprised. I introduced myself to Paul who belongs to SJMD club. He showed me an area to hunt, we chatted briefly, and moved on. Right after he left me I found an ID bracelet and then a small silver ring. I've given up trying to post pics as it seems like I can never get the file small enough to be accepted. I also found a necklace drop that is the new circle design, a bullet, and 21 coins. Nothing valuable but still a fun morning.
