Of course they are Goody. :icon_thumright:

Piggy, this has been a captivating and interesting "what is it" for 14 pages and 2-1/2 years..
Its time to move on.

I believe someday another will surface. Maybe even a new package.
But until then, I dont think its necessary to continue going over the same issues.

I wish a Merry Christmas to you and your family and everyone else here at TN! :icon_santa:

Merry Christmas to everyone out there. All I ask to see is proof of another set like mine and if there are more designs. You would think after all this time, another set would have been found.

I know, but there has not even been a ad showing for this.

Its no mystery to me. The items are Korean.
If you learned the language and traveled to Korea, you would probably find them listed
somewhere amongst the millions of items manufactured.
You cant possibly expect every modern Korean item to be found.

Well even if the ad had only showed a plastic version of the counter it still would have solved it :icon_thumleft:
You are welcome to hold out for an exact match to yours if you want, even though I feel it has already been solved by overwhelming evidence.
Yes but also he has a responsibility to moderate his own thread.
IMO he cant let it get out of hand for 13 pages, 2-1/2 yrs. and
keep readers confused as if there was still a big mystery.

Here is his answer:

"Dear thegoodieguy,

They probably exist somewhere in Korea in somebody's
drawer or in someone's toy collection, but I don't
know how I'd get at those.. Korea doesn't have the
same collectors shops as North America does."

- goldenchris7777

In another response;

"Dear thegoodieguy,

No, I have never seen them. I would say that they
were a limited edition from a long time ago."

- goldenchris7777
Well there you go.
That pretty much sums it up and hopefully it will clarify the situation.

If that is what they are...and I'm not saying they are not, then there has to be a picture or package somewhere that shows them. No matter where in the world it is. Otherwise this is just another opinion.

Maybe cracker was right (double identity).

Not neccessarily true at all. Depending on the advertising, production amount, units sold, length of time available to the public or the lack thereof, of all of these, it is quite possible to not find another set. They obviously didn't make a big hit in sales or you would have found another set "in the package" by now.
(I'm gonna reach on this one) Even if these were a prototype set that never made it to production and were given to the child of the maker and then lost on the playground, it would still render them monetarily worthless (rare as they may be) and not worth the metal they are made of. They are a nonambiguous set of jackstones, made by some obscure manufacturer and that is the only thing enigmatic about them. This thread is a joke and I ask all members to drop it like a hot potato, it's over, kaput. You won't see me here again.

I'm not saying these have any value whatsoever, I'm sure they don't. No offense, but this guy with the plastic ones has been written to no telling how many times, and has always written back he's not sure, that now I'd be telling people they were just to get them off my back. All I ask for is a picture or package of these exact ones. Lots of opinions, but no physical evidence. I know this isn't a SUPER TREASURE. I just want to see proof of these same ones before I say "case closed".

Even in Korea all evidence of these couldn't have evaporated to where none exist. Someday, someone will come up with the solution, but not if we keep fighting between ourselves. If you are tired of reading this post, quit reading it. If all you want to do is harass other members, and beat them with the same wore out arguments, then please don't post.....plus it may fade back into oblivion. Let the new ideas come in, even if they have been suggested before. Who knows what new may show up.

Piggy you are not being truthful. You are not just asking for an exact picture or package.
You are acting as if this item is an unsolved mystery and what you are trying to do is just not right. :evil5:
Instead of saying thanks for the new evidence, and maybe you are wrong,
you are acting as if these good members are harassing you.
My god you cant be that blind!!
It looks as if your other buddies have realized it and pulled out.
Im through with your ridiculous attempt to stay popular
and keep this thread going forever with the same worn out arguments..

Yes Piggy only you can end it.
Quit blaming others for this mess.
There will always be new members to keep your thread going.
And thats exactly what you want.
You are enjoying the fame and you want it to never end.

All you need to do is say yes, maybe they are Gonjji
because overwhelming evidence points in that direction.

Welcome to treasurenet tree-ape. I see this is your first post.
Piggy has a mystery for you.
He found some mysterious metal octagon items found in a football field with strange markings
and we havent got the slightest clue as to what they could be. :P
He possesses the only ones known in existence.
He has so far 14 pages and going 2-1/2 years. Isnt that great?
I hope you can help.

You prefer to say members are harassing you.

You prefer to say the Korean dealer on eBay is lying.
