Found in backyard

Hey this is my first post. I got a bounty hunter pioneer 202. got a great deal on it from a garage sale. I found this thing in my backyard today. Thought it was a weight. Has a big four on it but only weighs 2.75 lbs. any help would be appreciated.

its a weight for a dive belt ....we use em all the time to get to the bottom of pools

Its a lead diving belt weight. oops, I see poolguy already IDed it.
