Found in river

Hello everyone, it’s been a long while since I have posted but wanted to get some insight from those who might have answers on this stone. I found it in river in Boise I’d two years ago and desided to cutt. Its matrix is very unusual to me and I understand that gemstones are created with unusual matrix as-well but haven’t been able to pinpoint by visual except it being close to a c chrondrite. Any thoughts? Thanks it seems to me it was melted at one point shown in picture above. As rock usually are to be created it seems to be mostly silica aswell

looks like orbicular jasper

It sort of looks like chlorite. I made a chlorite pendant from some I found locally.
