2 years of foot work based soley on one paragragh in a book, we followed the old timer across over 100 miles of course desert lands, and found his Gold.

Not as jealous as me when I see all that WATER.
Are payday was when we were sitting there and we realized we finaly found what we were looking for! all the pieces of the puzzle came together.

Very nice feelin, we got the story, a little yellow and lots of pics.

This is our second find we found another out in the Dale, it was called the Lost shovel mine, an old timer here in our valley, name of Mitchel tolds us of a mine he had found and lost back in the 80s, we thought he was just telling storys, we were on bush trip last year and were digging on the little hill in the area he had told us of.
after a week in the area I walk over the hill and I find the lost shovel mine, shovel was still there, as was the gold!

Heading out across the desert in 2 weeks to do a prospect trip over to the river, lots of old mines along the way. and theres the Clipper mnts ?

Mitchels, lost shovel mine, as I found it and the dig, our hole ended up being 6 foot or so deep. still looking for the gold pic?
