Found on the farm

the property owner who has given me permission to detect their land found this near one of the old buildings. I told her I would post it here in to try and get an ID. Any Ideas?

here is the one that I saw. if I were to guess I'd say some of them would be missing the ring in the middle. I guess the ring would be attached to the main frame of the thing and allow for the rotation.

yeap correct

good shape too for it being in ground a while I would put it on one of my disks today
