Hey gang,

Went out for a couple of hours this evening 'till dusk. I hit the edges of a running track at a local middle school and dug this nice .925 and 18k ring. The center gold part is 18k.

How do you know it is .925 is it marked .925 ? I am wondering cause it is a common No, No to mix silver and gold in jewelery. Are you sure it is not just an 18k white and yellow gold ring?? Awesome find way to go!!

It is marked .925 AND 18k

Last year I found a cross that was marked the same way. It was a rather large sterling silver cross with 18k yellow gold image of Jesus on the silver cross! It was stunning!!!

That is one nice BIG RING, as I was reading down I was Thinking the same thing sometimes its mistaken for White Gold, and sometimes it is 950 for PLATINUM
