Looks like Mexico - Charles II? 1/2 real.
The monogram is tricky to see totally...at least to my eye. But then again I'm using a magnifying glass to view this thread.

- IT DOES LOOK CLOSE TO ONE PICTURED DOWN BOTTOM HERE
