You're not missing targets because of pinpointing... If you get a hit then there's something there.
Do an X pattern and you'll find it..

This sound about right. I believe there is a single beep when you hit the pp button then it starts pin pointing. If you depress the pp button, then press it again slight off target, this detunes the MD, making pin pointing more accurate.

Detunes it I been on alot of forums & heard lots of talk with the pro & have many hours on it I never heard of it can b detuned but hey i can still learn something new each day hh

I think most MD' s can be detuned, but with the ATPro, most users have a pro pointer anyway so no need to detune. Try it, it actually does work, takes a few tries to get it at first. I used to do this with my old Ace 250, pre-pro pointer days.

I know HOW to do it but the instructions dont show sound!
I just didn't remember mine ever making a sound as soon as I hit the PP button.

But yeh its suppose too

Like I said I dont pin point with the button much. That's why I didnt ever
remember hearing the tone.

Hey you guys, I bought this Velcro at Home Depot and use it to secure
my cable from the coil to the box. Works real good and quick too!
I use to use electrical tape but that took to long and to sticky and stuff.
I change out coils a lot so this makes it real fast and easy! There's a
whole lot of them little strips on one roll. Cut em apart or you can make longer
ones by cutting in different lengths!
