anyone care to share recent experience w/Golden Caribou. like what's the USFS like to deal with up there,is club still operating, camping,groceries,water,etc.,etc... thanx.

Haven't heard anything recent, but as of a couple years ago, the club had an excellent reputation. (its located on hwy 70 between Oroville and Quincy,ca. folks)

Stopped by there last year on the way back from one of my court cases and talked to a few guys(i'm terrible with names) in the club, seemed like a nice bunch of guys. They were just about to head out for the season, I don't think they are there year-round only during summer months but I do believe they are still operating and I believe they usually show up at gold shows maybe at the mining summit that's coming up?
