Good face $$$??

ok, I see lots of pawn places that are new in my area. Most are into the cash for gold thing. I was wondering, what would be a good price to buy silver coins from a place like this? (how many times face is a good price?)

Most of those places (cash for gold, etc) buy only and do not sell. They may be under some sort of contract. Even my experience with some of the local pawn shops has shown me that they are not interested in selling to the public.
I would think 80-90% of spot would be a good price to pay, but some dealers here are paying that in my location.
