Haven't had much to post lately due to some work and thin pickings out of boxes. But, I always check in to see how everyone has been doing. Today, I decided to do a little road trip to an area that I visit every other month or so. Sometimes I've scored and other times I get nothing. Well, today I got lucky. I visited a branch of my bank and asked for halves. The teller advised that they had $500 worth that another customer brought in last week. She said that he brings them in monthly, so she was sure he was a coin roll searcher like myself. Then another teller said that he thought there were three rolls that came in a while back that were still in the vault. He was kind enough to check for me and sure enough he came out with three rolls that almost blew me away when he put them in front of me (you'll understand when you see the photos below). He smiled and said, "I think you got lucky...these look really old." Got out in the car and slowly started to go threw them. Two of the rolls were all Walking Liberty's and the third contained (6) Walking Liberty's and (14) Franklin's. Oddly enough, the first two rolls of WLH's contained more then 20 coins. One roll had 23 and the other 24 coins. The total was (53) WHL's and (14) Ben's for a total of (67) 90%ers. Here's the break down:

Three of the 1944's, one 1945 and the 1950 Ben are in BU/AU condition. See the photo. I also included a photo of the wrappers as I had never seen them before. They are original, but were opened on one end. The printing says "Auto Coinwrapping Mach. Corp., N.Y." with the second line that says, "Bardorf Patent..March 2, 1915". I though that was interesting enough to mention here.
Anyway, I hope this find is inspirational to everyone. As I've said many times...."It's out there!
