Just dug up an 1843 american cent!What a feeling for me cause I did find one first year detecting but had no date or anything visible. Been finding clad lately and costume jewelry.Still nice weather though for detecting,hope it stays that way!

I know the feeling on that as my first large cent had absolutely nothing visible, but loved that I did dig up a large cent!
