Welcome from Stratford, Connecticut. I do not believe the story, and I am only interesting in stories about buried treasures in Connecticut. Good luck to # 1.

Welcome to the party. I enjoy a good tale myself but enjoy more when I am the one finding it. So get out there and hunt, relax, and enjoy the thrill of the hunt. Happy Hunting and Good Luck. Post pics of your finds and your hypothesis's here.

Tim, you have all that treasure out there, just waiting for you!
I detected in my relative's yards, there in CT, and found my first Indian Head Cent and my first silver quarter.
More should be found, but iron everywhere, and didn't have a smaller coil at the time.
Good Luck and Happy Hunting!
Welcome to TNet!
