Help me please

this is a vase I recently found, can anyone inform me in what this marking means, origin? I'm not familiar with pottery.

Welcome to T-Net Jess! You should post your membership in the new members section so you can get a warm welcome to the forum. I do not recognize that mark offhand. Is it underneath the glaze? An actual picture of the vase itself would also be very helpful in trying to identify it.

What's is it, size, where was it found
at first glance, signature IMO doesn't look its fired

This is the vase. It is about 18 inches in height. The markings are beneath the glaze. There is only one other marking that I can see beneath the lid. Pic to follow.
