Yes it is i got it on a clean up job. I get all kinds of crap. One time i got $600 in gold scrap. Years ago i got silver all the time.

Looks like you got some Sega Genesis/Sega CD/Atari games in the corner. Video Game Price Charts is a good place to check their values. Depending on what you have you could get some good silver buying money selling them.
