I had a blast today. I went back to the empty lot a block away where I found a 1964 Rosie. I found a couple pennies right off the bat on the edge of the old driveway. I then headed toward two trees in which a hammock might have been used with ...I hit a hard high tone I hit a coin the size of a quarter only the feet were uncovered by dirt. No Idea what it is never seen one before...heavy too. In the pocket it goes...find out later. next I hit a 2 coin coin spill.
Look close at image...I grabbed the coin on the right and it crumbled into dust...mirror image in the dirt. both coins are on the left top one is edge on. half to look close.
hammock trees....river is at edge of grass about 50 yards away
large 10 coin spill/dump about 10 inches long from right to left on edge of driveway.
When I got home...unknown coin turns out to be a 2 Franc peice.
also 2 dimes 1 wheatie and the rest late model pennies.
The driveway itself held most all the pennies. Forgot to add 3 quarters at the base of a large tree.
