hit big at the test hole on the river

Hi Jim... nice to see you back at it and back on the forum. hope you came through the winter in good shape. I'm up to my knees in hard frozen snow and I have been recovering from a couple of cracked ribs and broken collar bone. Needless to say I have had a miserable winter. Anyway... we all look forward to seeing your updated posts. Still thinking about doing some traveling south, so maybe we can get together.
Happy hunting and stay safe,
Wayne

hit the river today found a rare simon slaff hutch, a few buttons,a couple of marbles, porcleine doll arm,and not sure of the last thing has HF on one side and ERIE RR on the other all i know is it is something from the rail road thanks for looking (the river still up to far spent more time bailing water out of the hole than digging) thanks for looking

Good for you...CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT ELSE YOU Pull Up:thumbsup:! Well, Stay safe, wear lots of sun block cause those rays bounce off the water and burn twice as bad.8-) Talk to you soon,

Nice stuff Jim, that etched one is an import beer, the etching is a Hops plant for the hops used in beer making. The jug is a good one like I said, if you decide you want to sell it I'd be interested. What's on the back side of the Tiffany & Allen hutch?

140703_019.webp140703_020.webp here are close ups of etching on seltzer

Anyone know how to date seltzer bottles like that or what date range they were made and used?

Love the Vaseline (uranium) candy dish. You can verify with a black light. It'll glow brightly!

It's my understanding the footed seltzers are pre 1920, after that they didn't change much over the next 30 years.

Still killing it!! I'm going to have to start calling you the hutch king i suppose. Love the etched pieces, have never found one. You must be at one helluva dumpsite. The dump that keeps on giving.
