Bad box of cents huh? I always pull a few old canadian and about a dozen or so wheats when I do cents.

There is one type of box that I get that usually only hold one or two keepers. The boxes always have holes in the bottom. I think the copper is sorted out of them. I have searched about 15 of these boxes and the only keepers are wheaties that are very worn down and Canadian cents.

I have only done a few boxes of cents and always do good except I have yet to find an Indian Head

I won't be able to crh until next week. I took my change from last week and dumped it and I got a 1995 5 pence from the reject tray. I ordered 2 nickel boxes for next week and I will ask for customer wrapped rolls. Happy hunting.

$12 cwr nickels- pulled a 1939 and 1947 out.

$3 cwr cents- 1944 and 1953 wheaties.

$25 cwr dimes- skunked.

Luckily today my two nickel boxes aren't brand new 2013!

That really is a good week! I've been hitting the nickels hard and I am happy with my results also, dimes and halves have been dead for me so I moved onto nickels. That is a nice Indian Head Cent too, and a pre-1900 one!

Thanks. I have been trying to go through 2 nickel boxes a week, and I ask for all kinds of cwr. I am just dreading the 2014 coins. Hopefully I won't get them anytime soon. I feel like I just got through with all the solid 2013 boxes of nickels.

$4 cwr cents- skunked except about 15% was copper.

I also have a cent box and 2 nickel boxes to look through this evening. I am spending the night with my cousins and they asked if they could crh with me. I thought it would be good family time and I plan on letting them keep what they find, and I am bringing 2x2s and a stapler. I will post what we find this evening. Happy hunting everyone!
