Picked up two CWR of halves + $8.00 in loose halves.

Found two 90% Kens in the CWR, one in each roll.

Good start to the year.

Very good average TMm! I'm digging into my first two boxes of the year and found one Ben, but went through $470 in MWR's to get it, but I'm not complaining.
Maybe in the next $530 worth of halves I can match you with another 90%. But it would be great to find 2 in 28 bucks worth of halves.
Way to start out the new year!

Picked up three CWR of halves today, skunked.

Dumped them, found two keepers in the reject tray:

1951 Roosie
1957D Washington

Took the slip up to get my cash, found a keeper in the teller's tray:

1945P Jefferson War Nickel

Nice!

Picked up a box of halves and a box of dimes this morning. Both were skunks.

Keep at it Mastermind, your gonna find something! HH, Maverick. I still giggle everytime I see your avatar.

Picked up a box of dimes today, it gave up one keeper: 1961D Roosie.

Hey TheMastermind, i've done $2,790 in halves this year already with no silver... hang in there!

Ouch.

Thanks, and same to you. Don't worry about me though, I'm a self-driven and determined individual; almost to a fault. Haha.

Picked up a box of halves yesterday, skunked.

I'm picking up 44 boxes today. I'll look for that "silver free" stamp. Lol

The only Sikver free stamp I see on my boxes is the hand written sharpie on top that says what branch my repacks came from. That's how I know if my boxes are guaranteed Silver Free, lol. HH, Maverick.

At a few different banks I get boxes stamped with the code "5819", they are Garda-supplied banks. The boxes have school-bus yellow writing on them, and the wrappers are yellow-and-white. I've gone through maybe thirty in the past year, all of them skunks.

Every once in a while I'll come across cube-style boxes from Garda-supplied banks, and they are always skunks as well. The wrappers are goldish-and-white. I've been through maybe fifteen of those.

Anyway...

Picked up a box of halves today, skunked. Dumped them and found three Roosies in the reject tray:

1946
1958D
1963D

Picked up two boxes of dimes. Will be searching them in a few hours after the kids go to bed.

Hey TheMastermind, just letting ya know, I am up to a $3,790 skunk streak for half dollars now... 2 more boxes coming in tomorrow.

I've got one more box of halves to pick up on Saturday, that'll put me at five boxes.

I've gone through $58 dollars in CWR/loose halves.

At least I have a lot of people in my area dumping silver into the coin machines. It's almost to the point that I find silver in the reject tray every time I walk into a dump bank. It's one or two coins each time, a few grams to half an ounce a week. But it definitely adds up.

You could see the war nickel in the teller tray? Wow

It was one of only a few, laying flat with the reverse showing.
