I can't belive it happened already!

The news has been talking about a snow storm coming in this weekend but I wondered if it would really happen or not. I had my fingers crossed it wouldn't.

Well, it did happen and it's not what I wanted to see this soon. I hope it all melts off quickly and warms back up for some more fall hunting.

Oh boy! Looks like it may be a long one.

It is just NOT my favorite time of year.

There is nothing like the soft muffled sound when you awaken after that first overnight snowfall.
It's always strange... then it dawns on you what happened and you look out the window.

Kinda fun to watch the deer frolic in the first snow. Even they enjoy it for a while.

Well thats not a pretty site this early in the season. I am not looking forward to this winter due to the fact that I am moving back to Chicao IL at the end of this month.

Hopefully you will get your indian summer. We seem to always get a small storm in
Oct. and the weather gets nicer for a while. We get the big storms in Nov. through March.

First snow is always a surprise especially in Oct.

As long as you can get to Smith and Edwards for stuff, ya should be OK to survive a another winter.

Wow Coooold looking am not looking forward to it, my mother-in-law just told me she heard on the news we might get snow flurries by Wed. It was 70 some degrees today!
