I Found my First Silver......

...spoon ring today! I haven't seen one of these around here since the 70's.

Yesterday I spent about 45 minutes at the same ole park I have been cleaning up and another couple of hours there this morning. With the finds I am digging, I am guessing that there was a house here before the park. Lots of iron and junque, so finding the good stuff is a bit more difficult. Ended up with the silver spoon ring, a frog charm, $5.66, ME's zipper pull and bullets and buttons. OH..I forgot...I also found a great pair of sunglasses. 8) Not a bunch but happy to go.

My Solo coin cup is about to run over, WSDaddy! I'm saving all those quarters for the trip to the casino in October!!

I used to find these down at the park beach in Grand Haven, Michigan, back in the 80's. In fact I think I still have one someplace.

Think they'll ever come back?

Don't feel bad about the finds. My only decent find in two weeks was a 1919 penny
