Found these 2 in the rejct bin after dumping halves at the coinstar. Don't know how I missed them although the rims do look very clad. Stil no excuse. Luckily the coinstar catches my mistakes. HH!

Since I picked my volume up, I only rim check anymore... with my bankroll I need to turn over halves within hours to go get my next pickup...

I have missed a good number of silver halves rimchecking, but will never do anything but. I have caught them when I drop them in to the canvas bag I used for the dump. I let the coins kinda cascade out of my hand so I have a chance to notice a glimmer of silver and when they fall into the bag, you can not miss it when you hear the sound of silver. The more I searched, the better I got at spotting those hidden silvers, I can easily spot the copper edge/dirt silver since usually there is still silver showing, its just not as pronounced and its would be on the outer edge of the cooper.

The sound will always tell you, I can hear it after I have unrolled the roll and am moving the coins from hand to hand before I even see it. I only edge check, but I kinda let them drop from one hand to the next real qwik just to make sure, I have caught some that I didn't see from the edge like that too. HH, Maverick.
