Looks like this was a broken point and re-made into something, maybe a stunner or a scraper?

Same thing I thought when I picked it up, til I got home and washed it off.

You can see it did probably break, but then the broken edge was re-knapped. So I just don't know what to call it now, what it has been turned in to.
