Identifying Shells (?) on a Necklace

Hi, I'd like some help in identifying the narrow brown items hanging on this necklace and the beads. At first I thought the long brown things were some type of razor shell, but they are not hollow and I think the razor shells are. Any help is appreciated. Thank you. Pat

Lady Pirate nailed it. The ones used in jewelry come from a different species or size of the sea urchins I've seen in the wild, but that is what they are!
