...after my Holiday & I can tell you Skiing does not help your legs when digging afterwards
Cru'dad needed some help after a 2 visit & 3 button result. So we returned to a early Roman industrial site (workmans buildings) or those that follow, 'The Ankle Breaker'. It was now sown with spring beans & we have a short (flat) window of opportunity.
In 4 hours we managed 16 Roman Bronze Coins & some nice pottery shards, plus;
1929 Sixpence
1666 Token

1st of the year 
A Bronze Furniture Fittment (I guess, but might be Military, never seen one & need to research). Stunning even patina with signs of tinning, so well made you could be fooled into thinking its modern
