Is GW in the cufflink?

Dug this cufflink at very old colonial site. Didn’t see the bust behind the clear glass until I cleaned it. Looks like GW in there. Ha ha. I know it’s probably just a fancy civilian cufflink but if anyone knows anything more about it please comment.

Kind of looks like my grandmother But I suspect much older, pre GW, very early colonial. KWIII not a bad guess. I am hoping someone can ID it. Excellent find !!

I doubt it. Id bet this link was dropped before Adams was born. The only ones Ive found like this came from an early site like his that also produced cobs
