I found this on a newly constructed dirt road, greenish, looks like a glass, and quite heavy for its size. Tq

get it wet and take another picture, luster tells a lot.

Don't get it wet for a pic. It doesn't help, but hides luster.

See if a knife will scratch it. It's a curios specimen for sure!
My initial thought was amphibole, which seems unlikely given a closer look. Possibly pyroxene or even epidote.
