My sister actually found it on her property and that was the only pic she sent. I was thinking more of a tool myself .

TLS, I believe in order to get any kind of accurate determination, I believe more, and better images are needed, including the back side.

That would be called a prismatic blade, although a bit short for one. It might have been made on purpose, but just as likely it was random knapping debitage. With the ridge on one side it’s very strong and not prone to break. A useful tool but very common.
