IS IT SILVER ! ???

found this heart pendant today it came out of the ground all shiny 3" down it has some weight to it but there's no markings . in the pic its next to a silver ring i found the other day hope that helps .

It's hard to say. Sometimes the mark is on the bale. You can buy a silver test kit on eBay. But it will only guarantee what the surface metal is. So if it's plated it won't get down to the below metal

Silversurfer...nice finds, silver or not. I like the heart a lot. Where in Mass. are you from? I used to live in Lenox, Boston and Quincy.
