Is this a fossilized rock, it has one clear fossil circled red on the 1st photo.

It's a rock that has a fossil imbedded in it, but the rock is mineral, not fossil.

i have looked at the stone under a loupe and it seems that the fossil is not a fossil at all. But it is a very strange stone with unknown structures wormlike and sikkel like .
