Is this legit ?

I bought a coin collection today, and these two coins and their certificates were in the collection. Are they the real deal ? It was an older collection with a lot of foreign coins in it. The “piece of eight” weighs 27.1 grams, and the “piece of four” weighs 16.5 grams. The ring up in the silver range on my metal detector, and a magnet does not stick to them.

They look legit. An 8-reale cob would be about 27gr. Nice purchase.
