Found this in the woods. Made of brass.
Has the number 3 on one side.
The hole go's all the way through the round part .

Tractor part. PTO engagement lever. Compression release lever. For some reason it looks tractor related.

did find a big brass oval thing from a scale not far from were i found this.
It had numbers and the weighs slide along the numbers.
I forget the name on it.

Hello rd. I'm thinking it's part of an old window mechanism, awing, or convertible car top...got nothing for proof...just looks right and nobody said it yet.
