Jeff's Prizm V hits the Silver Mine Again! (pics)
So, Jeff calls me from his "Silver Mine" this morning on his cell phone to let me know he has another great find. It is the crack of dawn--even the sun is rubbing it's eyes. Sheesh, he finds one giant silver dollar (one-ounce of fine silver) and right away he has a silver mine.
He got me up, so I decided to drive over to Rotary Park ball fields and check it out. When I get there he says nah, he was just kidding, but would I like to dig a while...huh? Then he reaches into his pocket.
Yup, he says, the mom and pop seating section, in the shade, produced some quarters and a few pennies for his Prizm V. But, it also gave a happy surprise when one penny/dime signal turned out to be a .925 silver wedding band.
Between Jeff and Caryl's ring finds, I am beginning to think there are no rings left to find in Beavercreek. Here are his other finds:

For those of you with VDI readings, the silver wedding band tested as a +77 --a solid penny reading on my M6. It showed as a penny/dime on the Prizm V. That means...all those pennies I passed up.... (hand over face, head shaking back and forth).
The other clad coins went to McDonalds for breakfast with us and a good time was had by both McD's and Jeff.
It is getting dark here again--more rain, lightening and rolling thunder--don't like this!!!
