copper half pennies very widely used in colonies both English and Irish versions
as there was a shortage of small change, big wave of counterfeits came in from England to feed the demand
yours appears a genuine Regal issue as it has 9 strings, curve at end of harp, and the fleur over crown looks correct
but you have to check weight, and diameter, if it is under weight or if diameter is not consistent , it may be counterfeit
